“I visited 2 weeks after Labor Day so the town was largely deserted and all hotels had vacancies and lower rates. But this was one of the lowest rates for a well rated economy room. The room is really clean and well maintained. No elevator so you do have to walk stairs with your luggage. It is self parking in the back of the hotel. All rooms have a balcony facing the ocean.
